Open Dialect 0.1.1 is available for Windows but they are porting it on Linux and OSX using MONO and GTK+.

Hey, there is a new version of Open Dialect out that supports Linux and Windows, also it runs on OS X, but not too well.
I have installed, but cant't launch (Win XP Pro, SP2, .NET Framework 3.5 installed)
